of this private neighborhood’s six community pools, 24-hour gate attendant at the main entry and roving patrol, and maintenance of the common area grounds and landscaping.
Q: What types of homes are in Crow Canyon Country Club?
A: This exclusive private community offers a variety of home styles and settings. The townhomes are referred to as “Fairway Villas” and are located on the golf course. They boast two and three bedroom homes with sizes ranging from approximately 1,364SF to 1,608SF. The detached Garden Manor homes feature three and four bedroom homes with sizes ranging from approximately 1650SF to approximately 2,137SF. Settings of these homes vary… choose from golf course, green belt, or open space. The “Country Estate” homes offer three and four bedroom homes situated on full size lots with approximately 1,865SF to 2,880SF. Choices of settings are either golf course or open space.
